Balanced Experience at the Hotel
friendly staff big television good location poor air conditioning small room outside noise
The location was good for access to several attractions. The staff were friendly. They answered my questions quickly. My room, a beautiful double room, had a big television. It was easy to watch movies at NIGHT.
The room air conditioning did not work. I requested a repair but it was not fixed . The room was smaller than i expected. I HEARD noise from outside during the early mornings.

missing air conditioning metal stairs
the staff seemed friendly during check-in. the location was close to many attractions.
i found the lack of air conditioning to be a major issue. opening the windows only invited street noise, so a good night's sleep was impossible. the room's design also included internal metal stairs that amplified the noise, it was not good.
